Shri Hare Rama Travel - Wrong bus boarding details Sent by Zingbus

We had booked two bus ticket through Zingbus bus service for travelling from Delhi to Rishikesh dated **-**-**** for our vacations. Whereas, it was earlier confirmed by the Zingbus and our seat number has been allotted. Whereas, on the day of journey they sent the bus detail having number UP-** DT-**** along with the seat numbers, we boarded the above bus, for unfortunately, our names were not in the list and driver earlier asked us to remove from the bus despite having reservation. Whereas, there were no contact from the Zingbus at that time, hence we sat on the bus engine seat despite having reservations risking our lives and in a very uncomfortable situation. Later, driver from bus number bearing UP-** AT-**** called and asked us to you have not boarded and he is moving from the pickup station. There Marshal even didn't called earlier and wasnt responding well, may be he was drunk. Later, I contacted the Zingbus for the resolution that you had sent the wrong reservation details and we suffered mentally and financially in the midnight and that too one female is there but I haven’t get any positive response from them. The Zingbus has sent the wrong bus details through which me and my female partner suffered whole night, financially and emotionally, there drivers have mentally harassed us and whole night we travel on the cabin seat despite having reservation, only due to Zingbus fault. I request you to please refund the amount paid and compensation for the sufferings that we bearded on **th whole night. PS: I am attaching the proofs of Zingbus wrong details that they have sent.
