Dear sir, my consumer I'd is ************ and bill no is ******************. SBPDCL has billed for the amount of *****.**. I have made agreement for supply of electricity in Aug ****. Since, four years electricity department did not send any meter for installation neither despatch bill. Even after several enquiry from local electricity office and their staff they didn't give any positive response. They stated meter will be installed to your home after allotment from main office. After * year they told me that my electricity bill due is RS. *****.in this bill,I have paid more than **** interest which is due to my fault. Hence, this interest amount should not incurred by me and should be reduce to nil.However I have already paid.
Please do the the needful to waived off interest rate.
