I went to Kerala Cafe, Kalyani Nagar in Pune with family to have dinner. We are VEGETARIANS. Ordered a veg starter got a chicken bone in it. Informed the staff they said its dry coconut. Luckily my husband is a non vegetarian they accepted. Ordered upham thali got chicken served. We have never had non veg and these people served us Non veg on top they had the audacity to make me pay as well. The staff was laughing when we highlighted the issue.I posted a negative review on Zomato and their staff comments fake review.
