I placed an order of Sony PowerBank of ***** mAh and free Samsung Bluetooth headset on **/**/**** whose order no is ORDER #CBK*********** and in place of above items I received wrong and Defective product on **/**/**** from that day I'm trying to call customer support service team (**********) cashbackkartcom.com and same was not received by them after that on **/**/**** I'm sending complaint mail to the cashbackkart.com over this email id -> cs@cashbackkart.com thereafter I'm waiting for ** hours for their response as per their mail and again I mail them on**/**/**** and didn't get any response from cashbackkart.com. Hence, I filed this Complaint.
