i purchased Stylenova GenX *.* SMARTWATCH-FOLDABLE FLEXIBLE DISPLAY on Dec **st ****, i got the parcel today by cash on delivery option. The product i received is not the product i ordered . They have sent a wrong products. The box contains of two ordinary watches like titan and fasttrack. When I opened one of the watch glass is broken already. for your reference i am sending the pictures of the product. . I trust you that you will be help me in this case. awaiting for your response please do the needful.
Note : As i am trying to reach the customer care, i would reach due to the phone number is invalid.
