Procter Gamble - Wrong and cheap quality product supplied

I ordered for the product Head & shoulder anti dandruff and anti hair fall shampoo but the seller supplied a Head & shoulder anti dandruff cool menthol costing Rs ***. But I have paid Rs *** for the wrong product supplied by the seller.Again when tried to return the item then I found the message that this product is not eligible for return. Sir now when I opened it and used I found that this product is duplicate it does not generate any foam and having no coolness as written on the item COOL MENTHOL. I bought this product on online shopping app Flipkart. So please refund the amount or return the item supplied. Detail of order is given below:
