I ordered a combo of * watches from deal*k** (* Titan, * Mast & Harbour and * Fossil) on June **.
The product was delivered to me on **st June and upon opening the package I was very upset as well as shocked. At first, I thought they delivered me the wrong product so I tried calling their customer care number given on the website, but the number is not working and there is no other number provided and also mailed them regarding the issue but it has not been responded to. I even messaged them on their web portal but still no response.
The products delivered to me are very cheap and are not worth ****/-. I have tried every means of communication with the website but all in vain.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
