Revolt motors - Worst service charger not received it s being one month

I am writing it down with a very worst experience that I have faced with revolt services. I have purchased revolt from noida showroom and it’s not been a year yet . As my charger is not working, I intimated the same to noida showroom but it’s going to complete one month since haven’t received charger yet and each time coming up with different reasons . I am facing lots of issues as I am a working man . I hope you understand then what the positive point of taking a electric bike from revolt?
I hereby expecting a positive response from your with expedite in the process of handing over the charger.
