- Worst response from internet service provider Closed
I'm preparing for UPSC and groups, which needs full-day preparation because of huge syllabus. I'm preparing by using an online dictionary, online newspaper and NCERT website by using various contents from government websites.
The internet stopped working from * pm on *-*-****. I have waited and called them at * pm.
Worst maintenance. The internet stops * to * times each week and we need to call the office to resolve. The worker comes after * to * hours and does work slowly for ** mins to * hour.
When the internet is stopped, I called the office to resolve. The worker came to found the problem and went away saying he will come next day afternoon at **. I again called to the office and their response was just like the response of street dwellers. He says they will resolve at the time they want. I said resolve it by *, as opening time was *. He said no. I said **. He says it's not possible and we will do it when we get free. He is changing his words only to save himself from working, the timings given is * to *, but he says timings were **-*. So they don't work.
When I said to solve it soon or I will make plans for another service provider. He said it's your wish.
This is a huge problem to students, teachers and office bearers with this worst net service and adolescent employees of this I net. Customers must teach a lesson to these type of people establishing businesses. I lost the valuable time of preparation and my syllabus is lagging behind. Do they provide any relaxation marks in UPSC exam if I get fewer marks now?
