I ordered a dress from pearlbabe.in and i wanted to return it as i m nt satisfied with the product.it’s quality was so bad as one could not wear it. In there policy it is mentioned that “ You can call us at +** ***** ** *** or Email at "email@example.com" for a return request with in * Days of Product Delivery” and “ If you find the product Received is damaged feel free to contact us“ But i have nt got any reply from them since last * days and today i got the reply that it will not be refunded further the contact number given is also fraud as they say wrong number whenever we call them. So please take strict action against such people so that they don’t repeat the same and please refund my amount also thankyou.
