- Worst company, fraud, poor service and no accountability Open
I ordered a laptop on **th of July ****. Their website doesn't have proper tracking id. They reply mails and with too copy paste content after * days. None of their contact numbers actually takes you to talk to a human. All of them are computerized. You can talk to the technical team who will never provide a solution and only will say they don't know about the sales team and mail them only. It's **th of august I haven't yet got my laptop yet. Now the fraud they are doing. * days back on the *th of August I got a text which stated my order is initiated with the different order number. My original order was cancelled and the new order number was generated after **-** days. They have probably changed your specs and customized your original laptop and you can't do anything about it. They are not accountable. They mailed me it will take a *-* week and now they are saying it will take more than * weeks. Please never buy anything from Lenovo! Their service is the worst. They will cheat you.
