- Worse and painful stay in OYO Life Open
I am staying in OYO Life after joining an MNC in NCR. Before staying there I have stayed in company accommodation and five OYO Rooms. I am mentally pissed after staying here in this property.
The SE who is looking care of the property starts unethical things. As per the agreement, OYO LIfe should provide utensils to prepare the food. Unfortunately, from the last week, all utensils have been taken and cooking is no longer permitted. I am suffering from high diabetic. So it is quite understandable that junk food and outside food is no longer help me. The unruly behaviour of this OYO property SE created discomfort.
He is keeping a room for his comfort. He will tell the guest about the availability of this room as he wants to enjoy. Cleaning is not done properly. As agreed the room will be cleaned once per week. Unfortunately, it is not managed by him properly.
He is started autocracy as we are professional such kind of behaviour can't be tolerated. In India, professionals are available to work and this type of creature and by their work ethics, dirtying the brand OYO that has been created with passion.
I hope this will be resolved on an immediate basis.
Is there any possibility that I can file a complaint in Consumer court?
