I made withdrawal on **/**/** of rupees *****. The payment shows pending, I waited *days, then after that I mailed them about the problem, and they responded yours payment is complete and I checked in app which the payment shows complete, I checked my bank balance but I didn't got money. Again I mailed them about it, they asked me to provide bank statement which I sent them, but they are saying now bank statement is not valid
