I had deposited lot of money from various UPI ids and credit card to play, most of which I lost. But now I want to withdraw the remaining money which they are not allowing citing that my kyc verified name regd with zupee is different from my bank account name.. My kyc was completed using my driving licence only bearing my name AK Goel, whereas my pan card,adhaar card and bank name is Akshay kumar goel. Despite informing them about it many times and also sending them copies of all * documents namely DL,Pan and adhaar, all of which have my photo also they are still refusing to allow me to add a bank account to effect withdrawal. I have informed them that I don't have any bank account with the name ak goel because all bank accounts are opened by verifying adhaar and/ or pan card. Please help
