Octafx - WITHDRAWAL NOT BEING PROCESSED AND ACCESS TO ACCOUNT BLOCKED

I deposited $****(INR ******) to OctaFx in the month of December and took a trade of ** lots. In OctaFx they give bonus over deposit. So they gave $**** bonus. I lost my first trade. And I lost my deposit money. The bonus money is supposed to be cancelled if I lose all my funds. But that did not happen. And my account still showed $**** bonus amount. Now after studying the market and doing all the hardwork I took another trade of ** lots. And I tried taking another trade of ** lots. The trade executed because the bonus was reversed to my account. Now this trade was running for several days. And the platform did not raise any issues with my trade running. I closed with a profit of around $***** which is approximately NR *******. When I raised withdrawal request they have blocked my account and siphoned off all my profits. They do not reply to my emails. And have blocked all the access to my accounts. This is extremely unethical and illegal. It was a technical mistake on their end. Hence they are responsible. They are supposed to give me back my profits. They cannot be so mentally sick.
