Parimatch app - Withdrawal Amount of 2500 shows Success in Parimatch but have not received on my Bank Account

Hello I had withdrawn amount of ****/- on my bank account. As in Parimatch it shows that the amount has been success but i haven't yet received on my Bank account. I mailed the support team more than * times but haven't got proper response from their end. It's a serious issue. Is it a scam ? Cause the support team also not responding at all. Kindly please solve this issue.
