Biswakarma Welding House Pratapgarh Steel bridge Near Loknath Ashram Agartala Tripura W - Window Grills not delivered

I had placed an order on Sh Ramprasad Das, proprietor of Biswakarma welding house for supply of window grills for my new *-storey house at Central rd Ext, Agartala-******. He charges for his workmanship and I am supposed to supply the steel. Accordingly, he had taken steel, worth Rs.**,***/- from M/s Debajyoti Enterprises on **/*/**** and I had made the payment to Debajyoti Enterprises. Despite rigorous follow up and multiple promises since last * months, Ramprasad has not yet delivered a single grill! My house is ready to move in and I am not able to shift due to non-availability of the window grills. This has caused huge financial losses to me.
