We paid ****/- for our broadband connection to actfibre net people,they said they will provide connection,it's been *days with out any internet service,we work from home and we are facing huge problem with this issue at work....people who took the money are not even responding now to our calls....if they can't provide us the services,I would like a refund from them, kindly look into my issue and help me

Because of operator was delay of complaint he soo irregular not to do anything for my questions when I call her donot response and he do switch off her phone
