It is regretted to inform you that I am suffering from washing machine water locked problem past couple of months. Despite of several request made to the customer care, but my problem has not been resolved till date. Since it is a monsoon season running and it's very difficult for washing and drying cloths due to bad weather specially baby's cloths.
Hope company understand the intensity of problem. Requesting for earliest action from the company side please.
