Pure Ev Electric Company - Warrenty not fulfilled

Purchased Pure EV Etryst-*** bike from dealer Edrive Munnamgi Motors Pvt.Ltd -Kukutpally Hyderabad on *th Oct ****.
*st ,*nd and *rd Free service availed from company dealer.
by the time of *th service due, the bike started giving trouble like less milage, stopping suddenly in middle of the road. I went to regular service center but the dealer from whom I purchased i.e. Edrive Munnamgi Motors Pvt.Ltd -Kukutpally closed their showroom. Person from service center re-directed me to another authorised dealer Universal Automotives, Deepthi Nagar, Madinaguda.
That dealer refused to take up the service because it was not purchased from them and asked me to go to Company service center, Kandi. I left the vehicle in Universal Automotive and raised complaint to company via google form as directed from Pure EV company website. I received sms complaint register no.D**** dt. **.**.****. However, I have not received any response. I have tried to contact several times to company Service employee but not no positive results. Mean time Universal Automotives pressurizing me to takeout my vehicle from their workshop. Since the company work shop is too far away from my residence, around ** km. I requested Universal Automotives to remove Battery so that I can carry to company workshop economically. For removing battery I paid Rs*** to the service technician.
I took the battery and went to company’s work shop. The company technician removed the seal, examined the battery and informed that the battery series failed and refused to repair. I reminded that it is under warranty but still refused to accept. I tried to escalate the matter by raising complaint on **th April ****. It got acknowledged by SMS but no positive solution so far.
Now am in tremendous loss by buying this vehicle at *.** lakhs ,ran just **** km in ** months. Over and above am incurring auto charges for my daily works. I totally lost peace of mind by this company’s irresponsible behavior. Am looking for proper justice.
