Fujitsu General India Private Limited - Warranty Not Honoured by Fujitsu General India Private Limited

I purchased a *.*-ton O general window AC on *-April -**** from O General authorized dealer "Mayank Aircon Pvt. Ltd." (Address-SE-**, Singelpur, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-******) for Rs. **,***/-

My air conditioner stopped providing cooling on **th June **** and therefore I registered a complaint to O General Customer Care and they registered the complaint via Complaint No : DEL************.

They visited my premises on **nd June **** to check the complaint raised and told me that there is an issue of gas leakage in the A.C. and told me that some other technician will be visiting in future to refill the gas. He charged me Rs. ***/- as visiting charges.

On **th June ****, technician from O General India again visited my premises and refilled the gas, however, did not find any gas leakage. He further told me that the non-cooling issue is due to the technical defect in the compressor of A.C and told me that since there is no availability of compressor with the company, hence they cannot provide me with a compressor replacement against my defective compressor, which is still in * years Compressor warranty.

On my several reminders and request to O General India via email, to provide me the warranty, they asked me to contact their service branch Manager at Delhi Branch. As per my telephonic conversation with Branch Manager on **TH July ****, I was informed that it will take another **-** days for compressor replacement.
It is very difficult to cope up with the Delhi Hot summers without an A/C. I have been made to run pillar to post and I feel mentally harassed.
This is a clear non-compliance of warranty terms of O General India. Can O General India explain why I am not being provided the warranty for my product?
