Hindware - Warranty not accepted

I had purchased an Air Cooler of Hindware from Best Price, Indore, on **/**/**** with one year warranty. During last week at midnight, a very big loud noise heard and we awaken and saw that one blade of the fan broken and fell down in the water. We complained about their customer care and they told that the fan is not covered under warranty and charged Rs.***/- for replacing the fan blade. Replacement bill and warranty card are attached for your ready reference. You are requested to please do the needful for getting a replacement of the cooler considering a defective piece or a refund of the payment they have charged, whatever possible at the earliest convenience.
