- Warranty Issues - Gearbox and mechatronics failure Open

I bought a Skoda Rapid Automatic on *th September **** and within a month I started facing problems in brakes and suspensions. I visited the service centre (krishna autos ludhiana)and they guided me that when I wash my car, hand brake should not be applied so that disc brakes may cause noise due to water, I agreed and obeyed whatever they told me. For the suspension they told me to prove as there was a "tuck" sound even at low speeds when it passed through a speed breaker or a road crater.
After * months, there was some issue with the noise from the front part and it was rectified that flywheel was damaged, how and why? no reports were shared with me, simply replaced the part as it was under warranty.
After two months from the date of change of the flywheel, I experienced a huge breakdown where the car stopped moving while I was driving in Chandigarh on **/**/** at **** hours near the round-about of * sector in Chandigarh.
I called up the Skoda roadside assistance and they transferred the car to the service centre. As it was a gazetted holiday so nothing was processed on **/**/**.
On the next day, Krishna Autos Chandigarh called me up informing me that there has water entered into the gearbox which has clogged the movement along with the mechatronics failure. After this day, there was no response from them till a week and the car kept standing at their service centre, no proper computerised scanning was done, no reports were filled internally or shared with me.
I visited them after a week and they gave me false promises of coverage under insurance and gave me the list of documents (Mr Kamal Patwal) to be prepared, even I did that and then they told me that the matter has been escalated to our area manager so he will directly take up this issue with Skoda.
Last week on **/**, I visited and then they got the car parked on the service bay(till this time they did not check the car physically or made any reports, only assumptions and on analogies, decisions were taken) as this matter was taken to the Manager (Mr Manish Sharma) who explained me what "could" have happened and below are his reasons :
*) As in focal point Ludhiana, some truck would have passed by and water "may" have been splashed on the bonnet side which was observed to be wet when opened up.
*) Your car is totally full of mud from below which means that this car has entered the good amount of water level.
Yes, there were rains and car was moving on the road and visits focal point Ludhiana every day travelling **kms and there are terrains or roads which have water as well but how can still the water enter the gearbox as every car's gearbox is sealed and there are entry and exit points very well designed and marked. Adding to this every car follows the same route so every car should have faced breakdown. Why only this car out of thousand's in the city?
I have been each time given false explanations to which there are assumptions behind their decisions which I feel is a harassment and daily problems of travelling from home to work which I am continuously facing due to this.
I try co-operating with the team and respected their commitments initially but now their team has totally left off the case today by telling me that there would be no replacement by the company and as water has entered the car. How?
They even first assumed that I had parked the car in standing water, how will I get down from the car and even if the car is parked and after that water has come up to a level, that is a nature dependability, how will I control and why should I bear the loss?
Inspite giving and explaining them that my car could have moved in water like every other car does so? But they are biased towards their analogies which will directly make me an expense of INR * to * lacs over an original gearbox and mechatronics tuning on a car which I have bought last year having a current insured value of *.** lacs.
Unfortunately, there is no report shared with me and there are only verbal communications and promises made which has resulted that I don't have any proper evidence for the same.
