Rahul Vitthal kare filed complaint against Surya ceiling fan on Jul 20, 2019
Our company site working in Kuju, Ramgarh, Jharkhand. So my company workers and I lived in Kuju in the room. In this room no fan available. So I purchased at **/**/**** Surya company fan from Janta electronics, Kuju in *** rupees. He gave me a *-year warranty. Then I installed in the room but after the *-day fan is jammed not working so I took fan went to the seller. That time he repaired. After * days again not working so went for repairing this. But he did not give the response. He says repair you outside. I can't repair then I said give fan replacement Bajaj, Usha I will pay extra rupees. But he not responded to me and my team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
