I booked for * tours through Sab dekho india.com tours and travels Pune
person name Mukesh Ahire
my first tour is scheduled on dt *th may **** return date is **th may ****
location Bali ,indonesia
total advanced given *****/-
tourist company arrange tour
from Pune to banglore,
banglore to malaysia
malaysia to bali
for return journey same way
due to lockdown tourist company said that
we only given refund for that flight which is cancel in that journey and that refund we got in a credit note no refund to bank account.
and for hotel booking in bali there is no refund.
in whole process customer lose his money without any of his problem .
and for my second tour which scheduled on **th may i given total ***** advanced .
This agent name mukesh ahire said there is no refund for that tour .
I am only interested to go on both tours on given dates that are *th may to **th may for bali and **th may to **th may for kashmir tour,i am not interested to go in future within next one year ,but agent deny to return my money.In that lockdown period due to corona both trips cancelled ,if any profit made from these tours all goes to tourism agency then same way this loss taken by company not comsumer and i want my money back total ******/- advanced given and if i cancel tour due to this lockdown and flight cancelled company only given credit shell amount ,reply from tourism company through mail also attached .
all travel tickets and payment screenshot attached.
please resolve issue earliest.
