We are following up for the last *.* months to have the water heaters fixed. There is always false promises and sluggish response as the issue is not resolved till date.
Koryo, part of Big Bazaar should stop selling home electrical appliances as they have poor quality of the products and the customer service is the worst.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
