I ordered OPPO Enco M** Bluetooth Wireless Neckband on **th July ****. My order ID *******. They haven`t deliver the product till now (i.e. **st July ****). Now when I asked for the refund initiation they told me that refund scheduled to be at **th August ****. There is a lot of complaints are there online with such issues. So please help with my order money to get it within ** hrs.
