on *st November **** , I brought a Videocon Tv model no VNB**Q***SA. Videocon - **”. From Vijay sales.

Unfortunately , the TV is not giving proper display as we are getting thin lines at the bottom of the display , although it has a three years warranty .
I would appreciate if you could get the TV replaced with a new one . I have enclosed a copy of the invoice of my purchase with this mail.
