- Videocon TV complaint not being attended for 5 months Open
I have a Videocon smart TV under * years warranty. It has several problems including slowness, frequent android app crash. I have launched a complaint in April ****. Technician has taken *** rs. as a service charge even if the warranty is valid. Since then no response from Videocon.
Company has already closed all the options to reach. Recently customer care has also been shut down.
