I have a Videocon TV. Which was under warranty. I have raised complaint, technician visited, panel ordered, but it's not dispatched and I am following up with them since ** march. ****. Every time customer care person send an email to concern department that's the resolution they are giving me. Then they hung up call. Complaint no. LP-*************.
