Shriram Chits - Victim of chits

My mother opened chits of * in Shriram Chits Fund Company stating Rs. ****** of ** months EMI. After a bid of Rs. ****** they deducted Rs. ***** as insurance for each respective chits. We received Rs. ******. We paid ** months EMI of approx Rs. ***** each and stopped paying EMI. Apart from that, we opened another chit of Rs ** lakhs and we paid Rs. ***** for that particular chit and no bidding is done yet and stopped paying EMI. Now they saying that to pay the whole amount with interest rate and this Rs ***** deducted from uncleared EMI without any receipt and insurance policy also collapsed. No amount is given to you and return. You should pay Rs. * lakhs with all interests. I want a help from you to what to do with this situation.
