My Sister & I have invested money with VGN Jewelers Easy gold & diamond purchase plan" since Nov **** . A total sum of * K per month (*K + *K) respectively and the tenure for the same was ** months. We were regularly paying our monthly contributions till Feb **** until Covid crisis struck in March ** and all shops & Malls were closed. Since then we were unable to pay the monthly contributions but as soon as the situation improved and shops & malls opened up, We started paying the installments once again (by physically visiting the VGN outlet at Rmall) until lock down was implemented again in Mar-Apr ****.
I constantly tried to call the land line no. of VGN Jewelers but it went unanswered every time. To my dismay later i found out that the owners & Managers have been arrested and their shop in Mulund is shut down permanently. Will you please help me & my Sister with the recovery of our dues from VGN Jewellers.
