Sir ,
My name is Priyanka Syam mother of Shivapriya of class * on Kerala State syllabus ID No (TNL***************) My daughter is using byju's app from (**/**/****). After ** days we faced some problems in Byju's classes which is mentioned below.
[*] SCERT interacting classes was assured which are not provided
[*] Kerala syllabus text book solutions are not provided on course
[*] Portions are explained in confusing manner and seems to be incomplete. Example - Decimal forms of class * th mathematics is missing in textbook and explanation ids incomplete in class
[*] No language subjects were covered. We explained the same to the represented Byju's mentor & BDM No actions were proseeded except we asked to rewatch the video "repeatedly" we are consulting the whole team for * months. We are not able to follow the same. Kindly initiate sufficient procedure to cancel our Byju's subscription
