- Very poor service provided Open
I have bought a Reconnect cooler on *th of May **** with a warranty for one year. Now, cooler is completely dead within a year. I have filed a complaint at Reliance digital care * days back and a complaint number is **********. No technician has visited my place yet to look after the case. I have followed up with Reliance care on multiple occasions but they keep saying "Our Technician will visit in next **-** hours". Same answer on each day.
Only a few are left in warranty. It will expire on the *th of May. I am afraid, these guys are delaying the service willingly and once warranty period will be over they will deny the service. Please assist.
