I have registered for Post Graduate Diploma in Management online course with upgrad and not satisfied with the program. many of the working professionals have registered for the same and facing the same issues. initially they told to give time for just *.* hours a day for online class and then after few days We were forced to do for than * hours per day which is not feasible for working professionals. we had a several calls with course coordinator and the issues are not addressed properly. until the money is received they all followed up regularly. after that they have failed to recognise the problem faced. I have asked for the refund of the fees for which they have not agreed. I have not yet completed my *st trimester also and not benefited from the course and faced lot of stress. since there was a gap of ** to ** years, they have not bridged the course properly. they promised that course is designed for working professionals but it was all false promises. I have paid ****** which is not worth a single penny. kindly request you to please provide me the justice by getting the money back.
