Sa Sports - Very bad company they sells cheap products and making customer complete idots

I have placed any order of bat on **th April **** and done payment of **** for my desired configuration but after payment they started making me fool that bat will be dispatch within */*/*/*/ completely every day they used these words. Then after lots of struggle and listening their lies I got my bat on **th may **** and its not my configuration which I asked and the owner started that his employee cheated and thats why I got this bat but just after * normal match the bat got broken and they promised that they will replace it with new bat. Then I had courier them broken bat on **th July and they got bat **st July with their commitment that by Monday they will share my bat pics with me but nothing happened till now, even after that their owner has blocked my call and other lady (who worked under him, not attending my calls also if by mistake she attend, then she give false promised. Sir by today we will dispatch your bat).
Even this is not when they stop cheating, they creaated a whatsapp with me, the lady and owner and their also, they are not responding me properly.
By their nature, it feels I am just an idiot they got and they are playing with me whenever they want.

Even just ** mins back I called the whatsapp group and told I will file complaint and the word of owner is, if you filled complaint I am not going to give you anything as if I filled complaint I will never listen to Modi Ji also. I am free bird even he given me warning that if I fill complaint he will never return my money nor replace my bat with my configuration bat.

Payment loss is **** INR but trust, mental stress and lots of thinking causing more than *,**,*** loss due to their bad service and product.
