Daimler trucking India Ltd - vehicles are not delivered

This is vineet kumar.One week ago i planned to buy * Bharat Benz **** trucks.so for tht i asked my near by dealer Anand trucking.then their sales executive said me as per govt.notifctaion we have to sale our BS* stocks before ** Feb n we are not able to provide you vehicles before ** feb.so i searched bharat benz dealers behalf of me n i called to some dealer of Punjab Haryana Delhi Dehradun Rajsthan UP. so i got fair deal with dhingra Trucking daruehra. Harayan. i asked them to send me quotation of their products..they send me the quotation n i made my loan amount from HDFC Bank Ltd as per quotation..after my loan approval i asked them to give me delivery of vehicles.they asked me to send loan DO.i send mine vehicles DO to dhingra trucking with helf of my financier.i sent my DO on **/**/**** onwards.n their sales executive told me to come on Ghraounda haryana at their yard to take delivery of my trucks..i came their with three drivers.
n allmost all formalities was done bt sales executive Prem verma of anand trucking forcefully delayed my delivery n narendra sing yadav of dhingra trucking also delayed my delivery.i dnt knw why the do so bt they really harrased me n now both are challenging me that i will not able to take thier trukcs..u go anywhere bt u will not get it etc....n now i am going back with my empty hands to my home after ***+ km journey n also i am facing financial loss due to them coz as per govt.notification loan amout of every BS-* vehicle will b delivered before ** feb
