Madhava Motors T.c.palya Branch - Vehicle name transfer is not completed even after 2 years

I have bought a vehicle from Madhava motors (TC Palya branch) in **** with an exchange offer. My old vehicle has been sold to someone else but still, the name transfer has not completed and the vehicle is still in my name. So many times I had visited and asked for a change of name but no use. Hence I am writing this. Hope you will take action immediately. I am attaching the sale note which they have provided to me during the exchange sale. Also recently I have checked the vehicle details online in https://vahan.nic.in and its pointing to my name (that snapshot also I am attaching).
