My spouse and I,have booked a flat at USASHI REALSTATES PVT. LTD.
I had paid following payments as written below

Total Rs. *,**,***/-
As per the agreement the flat was to be delivered in January ****.Even after regular follow up and multiple site visit, I have not seen any progress on construction of properties since last * years. This builder has launched one after another total ** projects in West Bengal.
Now they are telling us to invest the given money in their other projects.Also, we have made an application for cancellation of the same and refunding the money.However, they have not given any time frame or any procedures for refunding the same.
Please help us against those fraudsters.
