Mesho app - Used waste Cloths delivered My data privacy violated

I have order pants in mesho through COD, product was delivered but was used waste old pants with dameges and bus tickets, i have placed compliant for this but they said the order was cancelled we not resiponsible for cancelled order you have check with delivery partner or seller, how i know seller mesho have seller and delivery partne, i didn't have direct contact to them, even they send worng product to same adress with exact same price means there no security for my data it was mesho responsiblity to product misuse customer data but they simply say we are responsible for that, I need proper sollution for the issue and I need compensation of Rs.* crore for cause wandering, Depression, my data privacy violation & my time
