Globus Stores - used defective different product

I have ordered * jeans from Globus store. Total cost was **** but I received one same jeans which one I ordered but another * was different used size was also not the same. Immediately I called customer care and tell the details and mail the different products images too. He confirms me after returning the parcel they will return my amount. They take the product from my place still I'm only waiting for my return. They are not returning my amount after so many call mails. I'm really fed up. I want to help your side. Please help me in this matter. I have all the evidence to prove them they are making customer fool at the name of offer and discount.
