Hi,
Iam owning a Ford figo aspire vehicle # AP **BK ****. I have a few questions. Can you please clarify them.
*. I purchased a car from your authorised dealer Laxmi Ford Nellore, They had delivered me a car with an odometer reading of nearly *** km. when i questioned them they said they were not having stock at their nellore showroom, they got the vehicle from their Guntur showroom as it travelled by road from Guntur to Nellore due to this there is odometer reading of nearly ***km.. My question here is did laxmi ford sell me a new car or used car? if it is a new car then Odometer reading has to be zero. so it is clear that they sold me a used car tagging it as a brand new car.
*. From the date of purchase till date your people have changed my car engine beds for Three times under warranty. why there is a need to change these many times. what is the lifespan of the engine bed and when it will be changed. As you changed the beds these many times I think that you have sold me a manufacturing defect car. Due to manufacturing defects, engine beds are getting worse frequently and you are changing them time and again.
*. My car got rusted in many areas and after inspection they are saying it is due to water stagnation. my question is be serviced regularly as per your ford service schedule. and rust will not form over night. it will take days or months together to develop and if you see the amount of rust formation in my car it is evident that it started years ago. Last month also I had given a vehicle for *****km service at your laxmi ford showroom nellore and they did the service and delivered me the car without telling me the rusting complaint. My question is what service you people are doing all these days to May, your service people have failed to notice the vehicle condition and every time when they deliver me the vehicle they said the vehicle is in good condition. Please let me know what your service and delivery protocols are after service?
*. Your laxmi ford people have taken my vehicle for inspection after when i raised a complaint of rusting * weeks back and till they have not solved my issue and kept my car with them. why it is getting delayed so much and who is going to pay the expenses i am incurring due to lack of my car.
