Realme Dizo - updation of my dizo realme earplugs

i have submitted my earplug of dizo realme on * may on the service center at moradabad and they send it for the updation and the ask me to wait for ** to ** days .now its ** may and i called the center for the enquiry of my product . i have called for this issue even before. so today they replied me that maam you have to wait for more ** days and they didnt even answer me properly about my product . they just told me that you have to wait .
i was not expecting this from a service center.
i think the problem is their staff , who don't know the issue properly and working for **** rs/months . so dont do their job properly.
