Google Gmail - Unwanted Email of another user delivered to me

Dear Team,
My name is Chetan Tarachand Kharat and
It's been long time I am getting mail of another person (Chetan Laxman Kharat) related to banking financial services.
User Credentials
Mobile Number
Customer Relationship number
Bank Statements
It seems to be personal and confidential information to be shared with correct person.
I think my personal/financial information may get shared with another person.
Some of email I have deleted after informing to concern person (Chetan Laxman Kharat)
However, still the issue is not resolved.
I need to claim Rs.****** towards mental harassments and chances of getting my personal and financial information shared with another person by Google Gmail.
Help me with the same.

email for user credentials , CRN number and mobile numbers are already deleted and could not retrieve the same. Hence not attached
