On my complaint, an engineer came to my home for repairing my TV. That engineer was quite untrained as he had no idea how to repair it. He was continuously getting instructions from his colleague thru a video call, still he wasn't able to repair TV
I called the proprietor of concerned authorise dealer i.e. shuddhi enterprises in patel nagar, ghaziabad, ****** U.P. but still got no positive response.
Till now, my TV is non functional as I made complaint on ** th, august, ****.
