- Unsatisfactory and Misleading Service at Naukri com ^Closed

Hi,

I recently availed * Fast Forward services from naukri.com from your sales executive, out of which the first was the resume writing service. I am absolutely not satisfied by the services being offered and have a bunch of complaints.

It has been more than a month now and I have not been able to recieve a proper final draft of my resume. First, I was misinformed about the service being offered at the time of sale as I had availed the visual resume service and was sold the text resume service. Two, the resume writer is not able to comprehend the details and provide a professional resume. At the end, I myself had to write the points and provide them to her which itself defeated the purpose of me hiring a resume writer. Even after explicitly mentioning over mail in writing and also over call, I could not get a resume that incorporates all the details which makes me feel that there’s lack of expertise in the team. If I have to sit and do it myself at the end, I don’t have to pay someone to do the typing. Inspite of reiterating, same mistakes are being repeated in each draft. In the name of revision, same drafts are shared time and again with no changes at all. Three, there’s no way to get back over call and discuss if I’m busy at the time I get a call from you people which makes the process cumbersome, delayed and unsatisfactory.

I am looking forward to a refund on the resume writing services as I find it incompetent. I had already raised a concern with your team a few weeks back but did not get an appropriate resolution. No one even called to discuss the issue. I want a refund on this asap to avoid any further escalation or legal proceedings.
