Moneymax Investment Advisor - unsatisfactory advisory services

I paid Rs *****/- as advisory services for share trading. However, the advice offered by the company resulted in loss of Rs. *****/- as a result of which i asked them to refund the money but they are refusing to do so. They are asking me to invest more money to be able to recover the loss which i am not in a position to do. I have therefore asked them to refund the subscription charges i have paid but they are refusing. Since the advisory offered by them is of inferior quality,i am entitled to refund of the fees paid as well as compensation of the loss suffered by me. when asking for the payment they had not told at any time that the money will be non-refundable. Even otherwise, if the services offered is not satisfactory, i am entitled to a refund.
