Booked rooms (by paying advance) in the resort for trip in April **** but could not avail the services owing to COVID and associated lock downs. Although the General Manager then confirmed that we could extend our trip, the resort now has denied our request to extend our trip beyond April **** (* year limitation) - which was not previously notified. In addition, the entire experience has been harrowing and a violation of the company's terms and conditions.
