Sai Hospital - Unproper treatment death of patient and charged higher amount

My father has declared as death on **/**/**** in sai hospital dombivli address MH SH **, Vaibhav Nagari, Katai Village, Dombivli, Maharashtra ****** mobile no ***** ***** due to negligence in treatment and poor treatment whenever i am asking patient status in day time to dr.ganesh samant and dr.shushil zope there answer was patient body is responding and recovering and in same day of night time asking status of patient shift time available dr. Replied patient not recovering and body is not responding due to fake promises by dr. Shushil zhope and dr. Ganesh samant my father is no more due to there negligence treatment and poor treatment and they cost me rs.****** for ** days hence i request you please take action against this hospital urgently.
