I have booked two tickets for the journey from Kolhapur to Nashik online on Goibibo & scheduled departure for this travel was **:** hrs. But the bus has not arrived till **:** hrs. So I called to the following numbers provided
****-*******, **********, ********** & ********** (Driver).
Out of these * contacts, first two contacts were not connected. I called on drivers phone but it was picked by someone else. Then I called on ********** for multiple times but no one picked the phone. After avoiding ** times the receiver picked the phone. When I asked him about the not intimation about the delay to the passenger and reason for not picking earlier calls, he replied rudely & not even felt bad for that whereas they should have informed to the passengers about the delay well in advance so the passengers couldn't get panic.
But here, no one from the side of the travel company even apologizes for the same which I felt very unprofessional. I was travelling with my wife & my child of * years & was very much concern as the bus was not coming on the given time. I suffered too much from this incident mentally & therefore I am filing this complaint against this travel company so as they will not show such carelessness in future for the passengers.
